PPA European Meeting will be organized as hybrid event with onsite and online participation opportunities.
Virtual platform
All registered virtual participants and speakers will receive an email with a link to virtual event platform one day before the start of the conference. This message will come from and will be sent to email address participants/speakers used during registration. If you don’t receive access by the date mentioned above, check your junk mail first and/or contact Conference secretariat at
The platform will provide access to live streaming of scientific sessions, the program, the conference posters and other related content. In the platform participants/speakers will also be able to address questions to speakers / panelists, participate in polls as well as chat with other attendees of the conference. However, the platform will not allow the speakers to present their talks or participate in real time Q/A or panel discussion.
Virtual presentations
All virtual speakers will be required to pre-record their oral presentations in advance. They also be asked to participate in real time Q/A or panel discussion via Vmix platform. More detailed instructions will be sent to all authors by the end of August 8, 2022.
Virtual posters
There will be a possibility to present a poster in a live event in Vilnius as well as in virtual platform. More detailed instructions will be sent to all authors by the end of August 8, 2022.
